Terms of Use for Inspira: Cosmetics Shop from 30.10.2014
The company Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH (Hirzenrott 20 - 52076 Aachen) operates under www.inspira-cosmetics.com the international Inspira: Cosmetics Online Store. The shop is for wholesaler (distributor), for reseller (retailer) of any type and for end user (consumer). Those “Buyers” can order the cosmetic products from Inspira: Cosmetics via internet through this shop.
The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") govern the business relationship between the buyer (distributor, retailer or consumer) and the operator (Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH) of this shop. The Terms of Use valid at the time of the order are applied. Any deviating condition from those Terms of Use requires the operator`s written consent.

For all orders placed through our online shop the following Terms of Use apply.

The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods contained in the basket. The confirmation of receipt of your order takes place via e-mail immediately after sending the order and does not constitute an acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or by delivering the goods within 2-5 days. If you choose the payment method PayPal, the contract comes into existence at the time of your confirmation of payment to PayPal.

4. Prices
a) The prices are valid as they are shown at the time of the order on the website.
b) All prices shown on inspira-cosmetics.com are in Euro (€). For Consumer those prices are VAT included (currently 19%), for distributor and retailer the prices are net, without VAT. Inside Germany, VAT of 19% will be added, inside the European Union no VAT will be applied provided that the TAX ID. of Buyer is on hand.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Deliveries within Germany are shipped with €6.50 (incl. tracking number). From an order value of €75.00 incl. VAT, delivery is free.
Cost of returning goods based on revocation rights
In case that the Buyer uses his revocation rights, he has to bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods delivered corresponds to the goods initially ordered. The exception is a legitimate complaint.
Otherwise, the return is free for you.
6. Payment, Retention of Title
For the consumer (consumer) and for retailers (retailer), the following methods of payment are available:
a) cash on delivery:
When choosing this payment method, we charge a fee of EUR 5.00, to be paid at the packet transfer, the total price.
b) direct debit by debit procedure
The debiting of the purchase price of your account occurs at the time, to which we will ship the goods to you.
c) Paypal
You pay the invoice amount through the online provider Paypal. You must have a Paypal account and legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us.
d) For the wholesaler (distributor) payment is made on agreed terms against “Invoice”
Retention of title
Until full payment the goods remain the property of Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH.
7. Delivery to end-user (Consumer) and retailer (Retailer)
a) When Buyer orders products he will immediately receive an order confirmation by Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH, who will deliver as soon as possible if available on stock. We cannot be responsible for any delay in delivery by the parcel delivery company. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. The purchase price is due upon delivery of the goods ordered.
b) We reserve ourselves the right of partial shipment. If the goods ordered by Buyer are not on stock, Buyer will be notified immediately. We reserve in this case the right to deliver the goods later or to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver the ordered goods in case of unavailability. If Buyer has already paid the purchase price, we will of course refund the amount promptly.
c) If the shipment has been returned to inspira: cosmetics due to an incorrect or incomplete indication of the delivery address by the customer and has to be sent a new parcel by inspira: cosmetics, the customer must pay the shipping fee.
d) We only deliver by means of transportation. A self-collection of the goods is not possible.
e) We do not deliver to packing stations.
8. Delivery to wholesaler (distributor)
a) As soon as we receive the order an order confirmation will be send to Distributor. In addition we will inform you about the availability and the expected delivery date. Delivery will be made as soon as possible, within one to three weeks normally.
b) Partial shipments will be made only after prior consultation with the distributor. We reserve in this case the right to deliver the goods later or to withdraw from the contract and not deliver the ordered goods in case of unavailability. If you have already paid the purchase price, so we will of course refund this promptly.
c) The delivery takes place on the set by the distributor dispatch, either by parcel service, forwarder or shipping company. The cost of shipping is performed by the distributor. Deviations from this rule must be in writing.
9. Warranty and Customer Service
a) The warranty is subject to legal regulations. Whatever the shortcomings during the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery are, you have the legal right to remedy and - if the legal requirements are fulfilled - the legal rights to price reduction or cancellation.
b) Questions regarding the offer on the website of the store, and complaints should be sent by email to info@inspira-cosmetics.de. You can also use the Revocation Form or report your concerns by calling +49 (0) 2408 92795-0.
10. Contract text storage
We save the contract text and send you Account data as well as the “Terms of use” by e-mail. The Terms of Use can be seen and downloaded from this webpage at any time here. Your past orders can be viewed in your customer login.
11. Image rights
All image rights belong to the Inspira: Cosmetics GmbH or its partners. Use without express permission is prohibited.
12. Contract language
Contract language is German.
